Guarantees and warranties

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty is always valid from the date of signing the contract. For extended warranties, we guarantee delivery of a new part (material) or repair for free. Any installation and dismantling is not covered by the extended warranties.

Garage doors

All garage doors are made by the hands of our employees in Bořetice. We do not import Chinese products. We prefer to source quality parts from our partners from European Union countries.

• 10-year warranty
  We automatically give our customers a 10-year warranty on our Home, Delta, Praktik and Excellent garage door panels. We make them in-house, so we keep an eye on quality. The warranty covers the shape, strength and function of the panel.
• Extended warranty of 10 years
  We provide this warranty for fittings and non-moving parts of the door Home, Delta, Praktik and Excellent that do not wear out with use. The warranty does not cover cables, wheels and springs.
  
  A condition of the warranty is an annual service inspection for the duration of the warranty period. During these inspections, we will give your door the care it needs and significantly extends its life.
• 5-year warranty on Marantec and Somfy drives
  We manufacture garage doors of the highest quality and we searched for the same quality in our drive suppliers. We found it in Marantec and Somfy, and so we confidently provide a 5-year warranty on their products for the private sector (5 years and 3 months from the date of manufacture of the drives).
• Fast service guarantee
  We guarantee 100% spare parts in stock available within a few days throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Window roller shutters

The price of window roller shutters includes professional measurement of window openings and subsequent professional installation. We can thus guarantee 100% quality.

• 5-year warranty on roller shutter systems
  We manufacture roller shutters from first-class materials, therefore we provide a 5-year warranty on the non-moving parts of the roller shutters (guides, boxes, bottom rails, inspection flaps), which are not subject to wear and tear due to operation. The warranty covers the colour and dimensional stability of the materials used and also applies to the Al41R slat.
• 5-year warranty on Somfy and Elero electric drives
  We also searched for quality in electric drive suppliers. We found it with the French company Somfy, which awarded us the Somfy Expert mark. This entitles us to provide a 5-year warranty on roller shutter and rolling door tubular drives.

Outdoor blinds

The most popular method of outdoor shading deserves superior warranties. With 100% control over production, we can provide them to you with peace of mind.

• 5-year warranty
  We automatically provide a 5-year warranty on the non-wearing, non-moving parts of the blinds (top bracket, top bracket and cover plate bracket, guide rail bracket and guide rail).
• 5-year warranty
  We provide a special warranty on the surface finish of Z70, Z90 PRO, S93, C80 slats, cover plates, guide rails and all painted components. The warranty does not cover colour changes of parts or fading. It doesn't matter whether the changes are caused by the sun, condensation, acid rain or any other weather effect.
• 5-year warranty on Somfy and Elero electric drives
